2004 was the year of birth for ID…welcoming the Mackay locals or anyone passing by, here to visit our beautiful coastline.

17 years on & we’re continuing on our visualization journey!

Our salon girls have always been so close, yet so far, across the road @ Hair by ID.

After 12 years of being apart, 1 massive move, many sleepless nights, sifting through almost 2 decades of nostalgia (from a time before online shopping, swiping & selfies weren’t even a thing) bucket loads of caffeine, wine & 1 giant tree later – we’re all 1 big happy ID family.

21 Sydney St (just around the corner) is our new home & we couldn’t feel more refreshed.

Next to Dejavu, opposite P Comino & sons & the Ambassador Hotel, the feeling of hope & success for brick & mortar stores & local family business is strong to say the least.

What you’ll find in store now is a combined view on all aspects of lifestyle shopping & pampering for your hair. Australian designed & made (where we can)…beautiful things for your home, for someone else’s, to wear, for your kids or someone elses….if you don’t believe us, just look online!
