Returns

We do not offer refund returns for change of mind.

Full-priced goods in a saleable condition, unworn, and with original tags attached may be exchanged for a different size or style (where available), or returned for a credit note valid for 6 months. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that return shipping is prepaid and traceable. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, I.D.Dezine will not be liable. 

A refund will only be provided if your goods are faulty or damaged during shipping and cannot be repaired or replaced.

We observe the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our return policy requirements which is in keeping with Fair Trading laws.

We must be contacted within 5 business days of your parcel being delivered, after this time all sales are final.

Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been placed.

Sale items are final unless faulty and cannot be returned, refunded, repaired or replaced.

 

Returns Procedure - While we always ensure all garments are assessed before being sent out, it is the customer's responsibility to check their order upon delivery. Please contact us iddezine@gmail.com for a Returns Authorization number, our online team will respond within 1 business day. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted, and you will be liable for return shipping.
